Caterpillar(Baby Program)

Caterpillar (Baby Program) is designed for infants and toddlers whom age from 10 to 24 months. Our curriculum aimed to help the babies to reach their developmental milestones through how they move, play, learn, speak, and behave. Our curriculum advisor designed a wide variety of age-appropriate sensory activities in A Day in Stellers Jay routine that stimulates the five senses. These are touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing. Those concepts were integrated into our learning objectives to motivate the babies to learn and explore the surroundings.

“Infants recognize the melody of a song long before they understand the words. They often try to mimic sounds and start moving to the music as soon as they are physically able.” (© 2015 Program for Early Parent Support (PEPS), a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization).

Achieving this developmental characteristic, we constructed a wonderful Gymnastic Room 400 sq.ft, equipped with lots of multifunctional sensory learning equipment. We have a series of activities which focus on music and movement. We encourage babies to be active and move around to explore the environment in order to inspire the primitive and fundamental sensation.

Cocoon (PK1 Program)

Cocoon (PK1 Program) is designed for preschool aged 2 to 3 years. We recognized the “terrible twos” stage likely to happen as most of the parents known, it is because of children’s growing desire to be independent. However, this can be an exciting moment for parents and children. They will experience huge thinking, learning, social, and emotional changes that will help them to explore their new world, and make sense of it. During this stage, they should be able to follow two-step or three-step directions, sort objects by shape and color, imitate the actions of adults and playmates, and express a wide range of emotions.

The blueprint of learning objectives in our programs is to provide opportunities for children to build up their social life through play in peer group. Children will know more about “MYSELF” and “OTHER”. They will explore, observe and imitate all the people and things around. Our activities comprise of diverse scenario based learning in practical life skill training to establish their self management ability. Everything in this stage is going to be very exciting. They become eager to learn, to find out, to challenge, to explore, to fact check….

Imago (PK3 Program)

Imago (PK3 Program) is designed for preschool aged 4 to 5 years. It is time to get ready to kindergarten. Becoming 4-years-old, it is known as the “big kid” phase of development to come. They are fraught with emotional extremes and contradictions. Perhaps they will exhibit much more self-control than a toddler, and surprisingly most children this age can sit for periods of time in a classroom and listen to a teacher’s instructions. On the other hand, a child at this age is still learning to regulate their emotions, and being prone to meltdowns over something as small as a spilled glass of milk.

Teacher's observations
  • Family relationships play an important role in influencing child development even when children start school.
  • During 4-5 years, with their upgraded physical coordination, we expect more fiddly emotions, in addition to increase demand of playing, talking with peers, yet likely to be free-spirited.
  • It is a crucial time to play or complete little tasks together with their parents. To begin with, you may follow a classroom practice, having playdates and then talk about the feelings.

At this age, children are becoming more independent and love making small decisions. Therefore, we designed our programs to give more challenge activities, providing the opportunities for children to learn different skills through learn to read program, learn to write activities, arts projects, constructional projects, operational Maths, experiment and observation in Science.

“Self-confidence is the foundation of all great success and achievement.”

Brian Tracy

We set our sights on making our children ready for journey to Kindergarten through training the children to become confident and presentable kids.
